In Armenia in 1993, shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, times were tough, both for the country and MEP and HVAC design engineers.The central heating system that had keep all of Soviet Armenia warm in winter had collapsed, and there was no immediately apparent alternative to what was a mounting crisis.

Enter a small team of Armenia's most talented MEP and HVAC engineers, led by Ara Petrosyan.  They studied the local market and looked for new technologies available globally, and in doing so saw the opportunity to create the next generation heating and cooling solutions.  Instead of pushing dated, low-cost, Soviet solutions, Ara’s band of go-getters saw a chance to merge the very best of leading edge Soviet engineering design with the quality and efficiency benefits of European technology.
