  The driving force behind Ar & Ar’s development, Ara studied engineering and later lectured for many years at Yerevan State Polytechnic University.  With collapse of the Soviet Union, Ara saw the need and the opportunity to transform MEP and HVAC engineering in Armenia and out of his vision Ar & Ar Engineering was born.  Ara's style is very hands-on and he is involved deeply in all MEP and HVAC design projects.  If you were to ask him what he does his free time, he’d likely answer, “Free time?”

  Having studied engineering at Yerevan State Polytechnic University and then later received his MBA from the American University of Armenia, Harut not only has engineering in his genes, but he has brought a modern, fresh approach to the day-to-day way the company is run.  Responsible for operations and business strategy, Harut sets the pace for company growth and expansion.  When he has a bit of free time, Harut loves to travel.
